Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread with oleo
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 1/2 c. or 6 oz. Longhorn or Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread.
    Spread slices with oleo.
    Place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Cook sausage until brown; stir to crumble.
    Drain.
    Spoon over the bread; sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, half and half and salt; mix well.
    Pour over cheese. Cover and chill overnight.
