Peanut Butter Lover'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter

Preparation

Beat egg yolks lightly.
Stir in sugar.
Add milk and butter. Beat flour into 1/4 cup milk until smooth and stir into mixture. Place in double boiler and cook over hot water until thick. Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Pour into baked shell and top with meringue.
