Chicken And Spanish Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
1 c. chopped chicken, cooked
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten lightly
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Pierce pastry shell with fork.
Bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Toss chicken, cheese, spinach and onion.
Spoon into shell.
Stir eggs, mayonnaise, milk, basil and pepper together.
Pour over chicken.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6
to 8.
