Pumpkin Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin
2/3 c. milk
1 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Use 2 loaf pans or 4 (7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2-inch).
Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, spices and 1 teaspoon salt.
Combine eggs, pumpkin, milk and oil.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir until combined.
Stir in nuts.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes.
Cool pans on wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pans to finish cooling.
