One Pot Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. frozen pork roast
    3 lb. frozen beef roast
    1 lb. carrots
    1 large onion
    6 potatoes, quartered
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place frozen pork and beef roasts into covered baking pan; add onion and carrots and 1/2 cup water.
    Put in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 2 hours, then add potatoes and bake another 45 minutes. Remove meats and vegetables to make gravy.
    Be sure to get all the brown around pan into your gravy.
    Serve hot.
