Lemon Seasoned Chicken Breast(Lo-Cal Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. bouquet browning sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
    dash of garlic powder
    2 whole bone-in chicken breasts, halved and skin removed
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chicken and parsley in small dish.
    Arrange chicken breasts, bone side up on microwave-safe roasting rack, with meatiest portions to outside of dish.
    Brush with half of seasoned mixture.
    Microwave at High (100%) 5 minutes. Turn pieces over and brush with remaining mixture.
    Microwave at High, 10 to 15 minutes or until meat near bone is no longer pink, rotating once during cooking.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes before serving, if desired.
