Logan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    4 pounds whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 pounds brown sugar
    1 1/2 cups wheat germ
    12 oz. non-fat milk solids
    2 Tbsp. sea salt
    1 cup honey
    1 cup blackstrap molasses
    1 1/4 cup oil
    1 cup sesame seeds
    2 Tbs. baking powder
    2 cups honey
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together well. Turn into a greased roasting pan. Bake one hour. Cut into squares. Allow to air-dry until squares are semi-dry. Yield: Enough to sustain two men 16 days.
