Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine oatmeal, sugar, flour and salt; mix well.
Stir in melted butter, then add egg and vanilla.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Drop batter by teaspoon, 2 inches apart. Flatten cookies with fork dipped in water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned, approximately 5 minutes.
Cool on parchment paper.
Makes 35 cookies.
