Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
4 Tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix and chill overnight (or couple of hours).
Form into balls and roll in sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Do not overbake or do not press down.
