Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon zest
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    Tabasco to taste
    3/4 lb. shrimp, peeled and cleaned
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in skillet over high heat.
    Add onions, garlic and lemon juice.
    Stir until onions are soft.
    Add shrimp and stir until pink, approximately 3 minutes.
    Stir in lemon zest, parsley and Tabasco.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 2 to 3 people.
