Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. white Karo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes with skins on until tender.
    Remove skins, slice into 2 to 3-inch thick slices and place in 9 x 13-inch dish. For syrup, combine Karo, sugar and oleo; bring to boil.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake covered in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Bake uncovered in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
