Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1/4 c. Crisco
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. dry onion
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg, well beaten
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Heat cottage cheese, Crisco and sugar in small pan until warm. Stir in soda.
Add yeast and onion, softened in warm water.
Add egg last.
Add flour, a little at a time, until you have used 2 cups.
Leave the last 1/2 cup to knead the mixture for 5 minutes. Let rise until doubled in size.
Punch down and put in greased loaf pan.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
