Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Sift together flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla until blended.
    Beat in dry ingredients, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake for about 40 minutes at 340\u00b0.
    Cool on wire rack.
