Savory Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 slices bacon, cut up
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Meat Loaf Stuffing (see following)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients except stuffing. Spread 2/3 of the mixture in ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches, pressing mixture up sides of pan to within 3/4-inches of the top. Spoon stuffing onto mixture in pan, then top with remaining meat mixture, covering stuffing completely.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Drain off fat.
Let stuffed meat loaf stand 5 minutes before cutting into thick slices.
