Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
7 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. oleo
1 1/3 c. powdered milk (Coffee Mate works real well)
Preparation

Mix water, yeast and sugar and let rest.
Add first mixture to second one and mix well.
Mixture will be stiff.
Let rise in bowl.
Punch down and shape in rolls or loaf.
Let rise again. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven; brush with butter.
