Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked ground beef
    1 lb. cooked lean ground pork
    1 small cooked chicken, deboned and chopped
    3 to 4 diced potatoes
    1 pt. kernel corn
    1 c. lima beans
    2 to 3 diced carrots
    2 to 3 chopped onions (make one a purple for color and sweetness)
    1 pt. tomatoes or tomato juice (or the tomato chunks)
    catsup to taste
    2 to 3 garlic cloves to taste
    chili powder to taste
    salt (or skip and add other spices)
    black and red pepper to taste
    Worcestershire sauce (about a Tbsp.; don't over do it)
Preparation
    The vegetables may be fresh or canned.
    Do not add salt to the cooked meats except for the chicken (1 1/2 teaspoons).
    Mix everything together and simmer the afternoon or morning away. Enjoy!
