Ravioli With Walnut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. ravioli
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. walnuts
    2 minced cloves garlic
    2 scallions, thinly sliced
    Gorgonzola cheese for sprinkling
    fresh parsley or basil
Preparation
    Cook ravioli according to directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet on medium heat, melt butter. Add walnuts (sugar coat and roast first, if you have time) and garlic cloves. About 1 minute or so later, add scallions, thinly sliced.
    Add fresh parsley or basil. (Spinach is a nice addition as well.) Sprinkle liberally with cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Put over ravioli.
