Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    salt to taste
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    cracker crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until almost done.
    Add salt.
    Drain well. Place 1/2 broccoli in casserole.
    Cover with water chestnuts.
    Add 1/2 of soup.
    Cover with remaining broccoli.
    Add remaining soup. Top with cheese.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
