Baked Coon - cooking recipe

Ingredients

raccoon
broth
salt and pepper

Preparation

Boil a cut up raccoon until tender.
Drain off the broth and use to make cornbread dressing.
Salt and pepper the raccoon well and bake in a moderately hot oven with the cornbread dressing until brown.
