Roast And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 lb.) chuck roast (2 inches thick)
    6 medium potatoes (about 2 lb.), peeled and cut in half
    2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Roast at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Spoon off fat.
    Arrange potatoes around meat. Combine soup; pour over meat and potatoes.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 2 hours more or until meat and potatoes are tender.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake until the cheese melts.
    Makes 6 servings.
