Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. cut up rhubarb
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
pastry for 9-inch pie
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk well.
Mix together the flour, sugar and nutmeg and add to egg mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in cut up rhubarb. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan and dot with butter or margarine. Cover with top pastry.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
