Green Beans Creole - cooking recipe

1 lb. fresh green beans
water
1 can tomatoes
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
dash of salt
dash of red pepper
Preparation

Steam green beans until tender-crisp.
Combine with other ingredients in saucepan.
Cook 15 more minutes.
