Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Combine milk and egg and pour into flour mixture and stir until just smooth. Add corn and stir.
Drop by tablespoons into deep hot fat and fry 3 to 5 minutes, turning until fritters are well browned on all sides.
Drain on paper towel.
