Mexican Lake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, salt and nuts.
Set aside.
Mix together crushed pineapple and baking soda.
After fizzle stops, mix in rest of mixture.
Add nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
