Oriental Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick butter
1 head cabbage
1 bell pepper in strips
2 celery stalks
2 carrots, sliced
1 large onion in rings
salt and pepper
Preparation

Soak vegetables in water for a few minutes.
Melt butter in electric skillet and add vegetables.
Cook, covered, at medium heat for 15 minutes.
