1 lb. sausage
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 or 2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 lb. black-eyed peas
Preparation

Soak black-eyed peas overnight.
Put water 2 1/2 inches above peas.
