Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. potatoes, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. milk
onion, green pepper and ham (optional)
Preparation

Mix milk and flour; add to potatoes in pan on stove top. Using medium heat, bring to bubble.
Add margarine and stir until melted.
Place potatoes and all into greased casserole and put in oven at 350\u00b0, covered, for 3/4 hour.
Remove cover; test potatoes for doneness and let brown on top.
