Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. rice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In mixing bowl, add beef, rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and 1/3 can of tomato soup; mix well.
Add 1/2 cup water to remaining soup; mix well.
Shape meat mixture into balls.
(I use an ice cream scoop to shape meatballs.)
Place in frypan.
Pour tomato soup/water mixture over meatballs.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
