1 box cake mix
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cooking oil or applesauce
1/4 c. water
1 egg or egg substitute
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend cake mix, flour, oil or applesauce, water and egg or egg substitute.
Add nuts, chocolate chips or whatever you wish to enhance the particular cookie you're creating.
Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges just begin to brown. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute, then place on cookie rack.
