Shrimp And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 can beer
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    2 1/2 c. diced raw potatoes
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. peas and carrots
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook bouillon, water, beer, celery, onion and shrimp for 20 minutes. Add potatoes and peas and carrots. Cook until tender. Add cream of chicken soup and cheese.
    Heat until cheese is melted and soup is hot.
