Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cold water
2 tsp. coconut flavoring
3 1/2 oz. or 4 oz. can coconut flakes
Preparation

Cream butter, margarine and cream cheese. Add sugar slowly to creamed mixture.
Add cold water, coconut flavoring and coconut flakes.
Pour into well greased and floured tube cake pan.
Place in cold oven and turn to 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
