Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 avocados
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. mayo
    1/2 can green chilies or 2/3 c. fresh chopped
    dash of red pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped parsley
    2 tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Peel and mash avocados.
    Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
    Best if made the day before to allow flavors to blend.
    Serve with taco chips.
