Easter Pound Cake(Pizelle Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 c. flour
    2 tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. anise extract or oil
    2-3 tsp. lemon extract or oil
    2 c. milk, skim or low fat
Preparation
    Grease and flour bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In bowl, beat eggs, sugar and oil. Mix for 5 mins.
    Blend in remaining ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Bake for 1 hour.
