Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced carrots, steamed or microwaved until tender
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. canned crushed tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. beef broth
    5 small potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute ground meat and onion until brown; drain.
    Add carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and rosemary.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Combine broth and flour until smooth.
    Add to meat and cook 5 minutes more.
    Boil potatoes.
    Drain and mash with margarine and milk.
    Add parsley.
    Place meat in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with mashed potatoes.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until potatoes are brown.
