Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash
    1 medium onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    black pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream (optional)
    Ritz cracker crumbs or stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash in boiling water until tender.
    Drain.
    Mix with chopped onion, pepper, cheese, eggs and mushroom soup.
    Top with cracker crumbs or stuffing mix.
    Bake until brown.
