One Step Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. grated lemon or orange rind
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. (8 oz.) yogurt or 1 c. sour cream
    3 large eggs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Blend at low speed. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan
    .
    Cool cake upright in pan for 15 minutes before removing.
