Pasta In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 medium onions
    2 garlic cloves
    1 large jar Ragu
    1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    8 oz. shell macaroni
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 lb. Parmesan
    1/2 to 1 lb. Mozzarella
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion, garlic until brown.
    Drain grease.
    Put in sauce, undrained mushrooms; mix well.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Cook shells; drain.
    Pour 1/2 shells into deep casserole, cover with 1/2 sauce.
    Spread 1/2 sour cream over sauce.
    Top with 1/2 Mozzarella and 1/2 Parmesan.
    Repeat second layer.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    I use more cheese.
