Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 sticks butter
    1 box powdered sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cream
    15 drops oil of peppermint
    few drops of food coloring
Preparation
    Melt butter over hot water.
    Add oil of peppermint to melted butter.
    Sift powdered sugar and add to butter mixture.
    Add cream.
    Mix well. Add food coloring, then press through cake decorator onto waxed paper.
    Let dry overnight.
    Yield:
    150 to 200 mints.
