Boiled Peanuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pan (green) peanuts
1/4 c. salt
Preparation

Wash peanuts.
Add enough water to cover.
Add salt.
Boil on medium high for about 30 minutes, or when peanuts are tender. (Freeze what is not eaten in freezer bags.)
Take from freezer when ready to eat; place bag in hot water until thawed.
