Chicken Velvet Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 cans chicken broth
1 c. cooked chicken, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Melt margarine in Dutch oven.
Blend in flour.
Gradually stir in milk and chicken broth over medium heat until mixture thickens or just comes to a boil.
Add chicken and seasonings.
Serves 4.
