Mock Smoked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 pieces boneless chicken breast
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. sake
3 Tbsp. white miso
Preparation

Sprinkle soy sauce on chicken; marinate 30 minutes.
In the meantime, combine sugar, sake and miso; mix well!
Pour the mixture over chicken.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until chicken is tender.
(If chicken starts to brown too much, cover with aluminum foil.)
Cool at room temperature or refrigerate. Slice thin and serve.
