Beef Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef brisket
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
Preparation
    Sprinkle beef with salt. Place in roasting pan lined with heavy-duty foil. Mix all other ingredients; pour over beef.
    Wrap foil tightly around it. Cook at 250\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours.
