Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen spinach
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/4 c. chives or onion
    1 pkg. Knorr (or any brand) vegetable soup mix
    pkg. Scoops or other crackers
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and squeeze it to drain out water.
    Mix with other ingredients and serve with tostada \"Scoops\" or other firm crackers for dipping.
