Icebox Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped pecans
    8 oz. chopped walnuts
    8 oz. raisins or dates
    1 lb. marshmallows
    1 c. milk
    1 c. plus 1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. candied cherries, chopped
    8 oz. candied pineapple, chopped
    1 can shredded cococut
    1 (1 lb.) box Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Prepare fruit and nuts.
    Crush crackers.
    Melt marshmallows in 1 cup milk over low heat.
    Mix ingredients in large bowl (may need to use your hands).
    Pack in desired pans lined with foil.
    Store in refrigerator.
