Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange or lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Mix other ingredients and add to jello.
    Congeal and serve on lettuce leaf with mayonnaise. Chopped maraschino cherries may be added for color if desired.
