Appetizer Ham Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground cooked ham
1/2 lb. lean ground pork
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (12 oz.) jar chili
1 (10 oz.) jar peach preserves
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine ham, pork, bread crumbs, milk, onions, mustard and egg; mix well.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Place in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown.
