Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Mix in shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add to flour and mix well.
    Add buttermilk.
    Turn out on board; knead until smooth.
    May need to use more flour to handle it.
    When kneaded, roll out 1/4-inch thick; cut with biscuit cutter.
    Brush with melted butter; place in greased pan after folding over in half.
    Bake for 15 minutes, or until brown.
