Joe'S Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped fine and browned in butter
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. paprika
1 shot vodka
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 bottle ketchup
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. honey (optional)
1 Tbsp. salt
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. wine

Preparation

Simmer until onions and celery are soft.
