Cheese-Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bring cheese to room temperature.
    Mix cheese and sausage with biscuit mix using fork.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
