Salmon "Things" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz. salmon, canned
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of the liquid from salmon.
Put salmon in bowl and break apart well with fork.
Add flour and slightly beaten egg.
Mix well.
Add baking powder to reserved liquid and beat until foamy.
Add to meat mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Drop by teaspoon into deep fryer half full of hot oil.
Drain on paper towels.
Tuna can be substituted for salmon.
